Shipping:  Unless other economical shipping is available, items are shipped via USPS Monday - Friday. Items are shipped in sturdy containers to help avoid damaged packages/items.

Refunds: Due to the nature of the product, refunds are unaccepted on bath products like soaps and bath bombs. Custom items are nonrefundable.
